About Tammy Gibson, Esq.
Of Counsel

Born and raised on Cleveland's east side, Tammy attended Cleveland State University and then Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. She Graduated from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1996, and has been licensed in Ohio since 1996. Tammy has represented clients through the appellate level and has argued before the Ohio Supreme Court. As of counsel to the Mismas Law Firm, she focuses on asbestos, personal injury, and foreclosure defense cases.

Tammy gives back to the legal community through her work with the Legal Aid Society, concentrating on foreclosure defense for those in need.

About Attorney Kyla Gail Cole

Kyla Cole is partner at Waters & Kraus, LLP, in the firm's Dallas office. She also serves as the pro bono coordinator for the firm. A native of Canyon, Texas, Kyla has a special interest in employee rights litigation, as well as personal injury law. Kyla earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and continued her education at the Texas Tech University School of Law. There, she was selected to the Order of the Coif and Phi Delta Phi before graduating summa cum laude. Kyla was admitted to the Texas State bar in 2001. She is a member of the Texas Young Lawyers Association and Public Justice.
